In the extremely uncontrollable situation, such as being impacted by natural disaster or other things, we accept corresponding refund which is based on specific situation. We promise to provide a satisfied result for you.
If you decide to end the cooperation with us during the production process, we will return the remaining fund to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your requirement and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your specified payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do corresponding disposition.
